Calorie-Free French Fry Fun
As the Mom of a small child I am constantly inspired by kid-friendly crafts, especially when it comes to creative gift packaging! Of course these sorts of projects are more for us mommies than kids and I feel truly complimented when I hear of friends "re-gifting" my creations. Originally I was inspired to give these fries to my husband for fathers day however, as fathers day is behind us I thought that this would make the perfect gift for Child's Birthday. For this project I used textured cardstock to create the illusion of curly fries and used colors that match America's favorite fast food stop. I think Ronald (McDonald, of course) would enjoy this little ditty, I know my Mommy-friends will!

Embellish Color Trends Challenge
After a very, very long hiatus I am so happy to be back on the papercrafting block! I figured that I would ease myself back into the challenge game with a simple, cutesy little 3x3 mini-card. I came across the current Embellish Magazine color trends challenge, I have never participated but, have always wanted to ;) I had some CTMH scraps laying about from a banner project and since I am such a lover of all things pink, finding inspiration for this teeny tiny pick-me-up was a piece of cake! Hope you enjoy and shouts out to my 9 fabulous followers for sticking by me all this time, Love you!
